November 13, 2009 Update
RidgeviewTel in partnership with StarNet LLC successfully acquired DHB Network’s WiFi equipment on Thursday, November 12, 2009. Now they will begin the process of working with the City of Longmont to secure the necessary contracts allowing RidgeviewTel to operate the WiFi network.
Until this is presented to City Council for review and approval, RidgeviewTel has said that it will continue to provide complimentary access to the network.
Please be aware that while they are performing ongoing upgrades and maintenance, you may experience periodic outages.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Beginning Monday November 16, 2009, Ridgeviewtel will be slowly migrating the wireless SSID (the network name you connect to) from "AirWirz" to "RidgeviewTel". Please update your wireless device(s) or simply search for and connect to the wireless network named "RidgeviewTel".
