Account Access, Utility Billing
Welcome to the City of Longmont's Utility Billing online access.
This application
provides you with information about your monthly utility bill. Before you
begin, you will need your customer
number from your billing statement in order to register. Residential
customers will also need to have their social security number on file with
Utility Billing Customer Service in order to register, commercial customers
will need to call Utility Billing at 303 651-8664 and give staff a 4-digit
pin number to register.
If you are signing up for the first time to view your utility information,
you may also be required to download the current java version for access,
please accept that message if it appears on your screen during the registration
process.
During the registration process, you will be asked for your email address
and will be required to provide this information in order to complete registration.
This is to give us the ability to send your password to you via email if you
have forgotten it when you return to our page, or so that we can contact you
if we have questions regarding information you have sent to us.
* * RecWare users - please note that the customer ID necessary for the
utility application is a different one than what you use to register for Recreation
classes. * *
ON- LINE INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO YOU
What you will see after registering is the ability to access your own utility account with the City of Longmont, make payments to your residential account and connect or disconnect service.
Basic account access includes information about what you owe the City, what payments you have made and information about your water and electric usage at both your current address and other Longmont addresses where you have lived in the last several years.
After you have registered with us, you are able to make payments with a credit or debit card on-line and are able to transfer and disconnect service on-line.
NEED HELP?
There is always help text available for all fields shown by clicking on the
"?" at the upper right-hand corner of your screen for each view
of your account.
When accessing your account in the future, if you have forgotten your password
and have clicked on the "Forgot your password?" function, it will
be emailed to you immediately at the email address on your registration form.
(To retrieve this information, you will need to know the "secret question
and answer" that you chose as a part of the registration process, so
keep a record of that information when you register).
