Senior Center Singers

Since forming in the fall of 2001, the group has performed at various sites
and entertained at several Senior Center functions as well. Please join us
as we grow with Longmont. All voices - Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass are welcome.
Music, laughter and socializing are just a few of the benefits. Flexibility
with scheduling is our hallmark. You need not feel constrained by a commitment
to the Singers-just join us when you are able.
Woodcarving

You can develop the artistic skills to whittle, carve or sculpt wood objects
that are beautiful, humorous, realistic or serious works of art. Join the
carvers every Friday. Experienced carvers will gladly help you get started
or if you have experience and wish to come in to see what others are doing

This group is continuing under the expert guidance of Becky Williamson. You
can come in and learn how to get started from Becky or bring your current
project in and work on it while enjoying some excellent company and camaraderie.
Each individual works on their own project, at their own speed. You provide
all your materials as well. If you are stuck on a problem or forgotten how
to, this is a great group to get you started again.
