Vendor Information Packet

Dear Rhythm on the River participant:

Thank you for joining us at Rhythm on the River, July 13th, 2013. We are anticipating an enjoyable day for everyone. The event is spread over a very large site, so please review this packet carefully as there are items that need to be covered to make it a successful venture.

• Blank map (for area managers)
• General Vendor Information
• PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR FRIDAY, July 12 (9:00-2:00 pm). You will need to stop by the site to preview your spot and drop off any large items, tables or supplies for your booth. This will make everyone’s event day an easier transition.

Remember to bring your parking permit for loading in and out. Please have it on site the entire day. If your booth required any special health permits or licenses, please have a copy available at your booth. We look forward to having you at our event. Please feel free to contact Sue Jacobson at (303) 774-4757, or your area manager at their number, with any questions, concerns or changes.

IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION

Weather in Colorado is unpredictable!

Please keep all literature (fliers, etc) in some kind of literature holder. This will prevent fliers from blowing or being spread over the site. Please come prepared for all types of weather. In case of a weather emergency, please listen to the Area Site Managers, or Emergency Personnel for directions. Emergency evacuations are for the safety of everyone. If the site is evacuated for any reason, you will be asked to leave immediately and return later for belongings.
