Roger's River Run 5K run/walk

In honor of Roger Jones, dedicated teacher, businessman and friend of Longmont, Roger's River Run 5K Run/Walk takes place each year. Registration includes a prairie breakfast after the race.

Race details
Registration/Packet pick up: New -- pick up packets on Friday night from 5 -7pm at Roger's Grove at the Pavilion, or Saturday morning 6 to 7 a.m. at the Fairgrounds
Race Day registration location: Boulder County Fair Grounds on Boston Avenue
Parking: Free parking at Boulder County Fairgrounds lot just south of Roger's Grove at Hover & Boston
Race Time: 7:30 a.m.
Starting Line: Boston Avenue just east of Hover Street
Course: Beautiful river views on the St. Vrain Greenway trail system Course map
Finish Line: North end of Roger's Grove
Early bird fee:
Deadline is 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, July 8 at Centennial Pool
$15 Adults
$13 Youths (14 & under)
$13 Seniors (60 & older)
Race day fee: $20 Adults
$18 Youths (14 & under)
$18 Seniors (60 & older)
Family rate: Discount $2 per person, maximum of $8 per family
Travel: Allow at least one hour when traveling from the Denver metro area or Fort Collins
Strollers: Strollers are permitted
Limit: 450 runners

Prairie breakfast

A prairie breakfast, provided by The Egg & I, including pancakes, sausage, and juice is included in the runner's registration fee. Non-runners can purchase breakfast for $3 each. Coffee available for 50¢ per cup at the Buzz Coffee tent.

Awards

Overall male and female finishers and the top two places in each of the following age groups for males and females will be awarded at the festival. Race results and awards will be presented at 9:30 am at the ACTS at the AMP Stage.

10 and under 20 - 24 years 35 - 39 years 50 - 54 years 65 - 69 years
11 - 14 years 25 - 29 years 40 - 44 years 55 - 59 years 70 & older
15 - 19 years 30 - 34 years 45 - 49 years 60 - 64 years
