Join us for a morning of competition and camaraderie!

Swimming distances will range from 50 to 500 yards in freestyle, back, breast-stroke, butterfly and

individual medley.

Create your own relays with your buddies on the day of the event!

You can swim up to 5 individual events and 2 relays.

**Relays - Please sign your team/group up during check in. No Team/group? No problem. If your're interested, sign up and we'll put you with other swimmers!

Event begins at 8:00am

with the500 Free.

The rest of the meet begins

at 9:15am after a

10 minute warm up period.

1- 500 Free

(racers must be checked in by 7:45am: entries to later events

accepted until 8:45am)

*9:15am:

2- 200 IM-

3- 100 Back

4- 200 free

5- 200 Medley Relay **

6- 50 Breast

7- 100 IM

8- 50 Back

9- 100 Free

10- 50 Fly

11- 100 Breast

12- 50 Free

13- 200 Free Relay **

• Both USMS & Non-USMS are welcome, no cards required.

Day of Registration and Check-in at the front desk at Centennial Pool, 1201 Alpine St.

Please Note: Racers wanting to compete in the 500 Free must be checked in by 7:45am.

Warm-ups. 7:00am-9:00am

*8:00-9:00am only diving well available

8:00am: First heat of 500 Free begins

9:15am or after last 500 Free heat: Meet begins with the 200 Individual Medley after a 10 minute warm-up.
