Rental Facilities

If you are looking for a fun place to hold a birthday party, or have a company picnic, prom party, camp-over for clubs (scout troops),contact Recreation Services. The facilities are also available for after hours parties.

Please note that the use of "Bouncy Houses" at Public Parks for private rentals is no longer allowed, effective 2012.

Park Shelters will not be reserved before April 16, 2012, or after October 3, 2012, as the restrooms will be winterized.

Park reservations will be
$35.00 per 100 people for Longmont residents
and $44.00 per 100 people for non-residents.

Reservations stop at noon on Thursdays, for that weekends rentals.

The St Vrain Memorial Building accepts reservations for :

List of Shelters to reserve. A Reservation fee of $35.00 for resident and $44.00 for non-resident is charged from May through September. Contact (303) 651-8404 for additional information. If you have more than 100 people attend your function, you must get a Use of Public Places Permit from the City Clerk. An additional fee of $30.00 per one hundred people is charged for special use of the park/ or shelter area.

Gym rental is available for $65.00 per hour during regular hours. Non-profit $40.00 per hour

$50.00 deposit for electrical cord (refunded when returned)
$200.00 for key deposit(refunded on return of key)

Longmont Recreation Center -

Entire Facility rental is available by calling Heather Deal at (303) 774-4718 . We provide rentals for Prom Parties/ Corporate parties and youth related over-night stays.

Longmont Rec Center

Contact Centennial Pool at (303) 651-8406 to reserve the outdoor pools.
