Payment

I hereby authorize the City of Longmont to charge the following account the indicated fee, if any, for the activity(ies) selected. (Debit or Credit Account Only). I understand that you will not charge my account for any activity that is full. I understand that if an activity I request is full, my name will be placed on a waiting list. I understand that I should receive a Registration Notice in the mail within two weeks confirming my registration status and serving as my receipt for this transaction. (Charge account number will not appear on Registration Notice).

If any activity you request has a fee, a current Debit or Credit Account Number is required to complete processing your registration request. If an account number is not provided, is invalid, or declined, the processing of your registration request will not be completed.

For activities with no fee due: Select "No Charge for this activity" for Payment Method; leave remaining fields as they appear.
