Online Registration Instructions

The following instructions will assist you in establishing a customer account, ID number, and a password in order to register for activities via the Online Activity Registration system. You will need to wait for the E-mail confirmation of your Customer ID prior to registering for an activity on-line. (Once you have created your Customer ID, you will not need to create another account). Please review the Important Registration Information.

Online Registration is available 24 hours a day using your Visa or MasterCard for payment.

1. Requesting a Customer ID for an Online Account

BulletNew Customer

When you click on the "CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT" button, you will come to our Terms of Use page, if you agree to our terms, click on the "I agree" button. You will then be linked to the NEW ACCOUNT REQUEST FORM.

IMPORTANT: Before registering for activities, you MUST establish an online customer account to receive your Customer ID. Once you have established a Customer ID, you will not need to do this step again.

NOTE: If you forget your Customer ID or Password once you have created your account, please contact us for assistance.

Q. WHY CAN'T I REGISTER FOR A PROGRAM?
A. You have not received a confirmation E-Mail containing your Customer ID and initial password.

CUSTOMER ID Account approvals will be processed between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and may take from 1 to 3 days to process. You will receive an email containing your Customer ID once your account has been approved.

BulletFamily Members

You must add any family members into your account BEFORE you begin the activity registration process.

BulletExisting Customers

If you already have a customer account, you can automatically select an activity and add to your cart. The "Customer Login" will appear, where you will enter your Customer ID and Password.

2. Registering for an Activity

Our Registration Page lists all activities available for registration via the Internet.

Click on the underlined activity name to view a detailed activity description. You may narrow your activity search by using any of the four drop-down search boxes at the top of the page: Location, Category, Sort By, and Select.

NOTE: Under the Category listing drop down, the "ALL" category refers to activities from Recreation Services, Senior Services and Museum. All Senior Service activities are in the category listed as "Senior Services"; All Museum activities are in the category listed as "Museum". All others categories listed are for Recreation Service activities.

Activities that are 'grayed-out' on the screen are not currently available for registration. The enrollment or registration time should be indicated on the activity description, if not, please call us for details.

If you wish to register for the activity, click "ADD TO MY CART" button. You will be asked to log into the system with your Customer ID and Password. Select "CONTINUE" button to proceed to your "SHOPPING CART" button.

3. Checkout

BulletShopping Cart

From this screen you can remove activities from your cart, view more activities, or update your cart. If more than one family member will be attending the activity, change the quantity, then click on "UPDATE CART".

Important: If the activity for which you are enrolling is full, you will be placed on a waiting list. Your shopping cart will indicate if you are on a wait list under the "Quantity" column.

If everything is correct, click on the "CHECKOUT" button to proceed or continue registering for additional activities by selecting the "SHOW ACTIVITIES" button.

BulletEnrollee Information

This page allows users to choose the family member(s) that will be enrolled for each activity. Specify family member names to the selected activities. Click the "CONTINUE" button.

Note: If you have not added your family members before reaching the Enrollee Information Page, you can click on "SHOPPING CART" button from here and add your family member(s).

Once all family members have been added, then select "SHOPPING CART" button, from there you may continue to "CHECKOUT".

BulletConfirm Prices

Confirm your activity name, date and time, enrollee and price. Important: If your activity price equals '0', you may have been placed on a waiting list. (Click the "BACK" button to view the "SHOPPING CART" button to confirm whether or not you are on the wait list)

Click "CONTINUE" to proceed with payment. You will be prompted that you are entering a secure site. Click Yes.

BulletPayment Information

Enter your credit card information on the Payment Information Page. Note: The name and address must match those that are on file with your credit card company. If the address shown is not your billing address, click on "SHOPPING CART" button and change your address to match your billing address.
Click "CONTINUE" . Type in your credit card information. Your account name must match the name on your credit card.
Click "CONTINUE". Once your payment has been approved, your receipt will appear.

5. Athletics Registration Forms & Rules from Recreation Services - Available; Athletic Forms Center

To view sport schedules, to the the Registration page, use the drop down box by Registration field (in top right corner of the screen. Select "SPORT"; Select "YOUTH" or "ADULT" to view specific activity.
