Adult Tai Chi Classes

T'ai Chi Ch'uan is an ancient Chinese martial art that combines fluid
movements of the upper and lower body to produce a subtle and powerful
full-body exercise. The movements are slow and uninterrupted like a
flowing stream. They are performed by the coordination of the hands,
eyes, trunk and limbs with the legs as a base and the waist as an
axis. Each part of the body is in constant motion and the mind is
tranquil and alert. Regular practice of T’ai Chi Ch’uan enables you to
develop coordination, strength and flexibility, reduce stress, improve
health and promote inner strength.

This training system is unique, simple to perform, but challenging as every movement requires balance and core strength. Don't have these? TRX will develop them and take care of any neglected muscle groups your regular program misses. This program is a great supplemental workout for athletes or a stand alone program for every fitness level. It is a true total body workout! Call (303) 651-8406 with questions or to sign up!
