Transportation Advisory Board
The Transportation Advisory Board
was established in the 1970's and codified in 1986. Chapter 2.90 of the City
Code establishes the powers and duties of the Board, which include the duties
to make recommendations to City Council as well as to the Planning and Zoning
Commission relating to matters concerning future transportation system and
changes to the existing system. Additionally, the Board has the duty to make
recommendations on transportation-related projects, the five-year CIP (transportation
related), City street standards, annual highway requests, the annual TSM Program,
as well as numerous other transportation and traffic related items.
The Transportation Advisory Board
meets the Fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Twin Sisters Conference Room at the Development Services Center located at 385 Kimbark Street. The
public is welcome to attend.
