L.E.V.I. (Longmont Ending Violence Initiative)
LEVI Marketing & PR Intern/Volunteer
L.E.V.I. acknowledges domestic violence is a serious and prevalent social problem affecting the quality of life in the city of Longmont, Colorado. The LEVI agencies believe a successful coordinated response requires:
- ACCESS – Easy access to services for victims, friends, families, relatives and coworkers seeking information.
- EDUCATION – Widespread education regarding the dynamics of domestic violence and actions that can be taken.
- PUBLIC INFORMATION – A public relations plan that mobilizes the community.
The PR intern/volunteer would be working in all areas to make sure these goals are obtained. May be involved in fundraising events/efforts.
Hours: negotiable. Unpaid volunteer position.
