Planning and Zoning Commission

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the third Wednesday
of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 350 Kimbark
Street in the Civic Center Complex. The Planning and Zoning Commission consists of seven members and three alternates appointed by
the City Council.

The Planning and Zoning Commission makes recommendations to the City Council on:
development projects such as annexations, zonings, rezonings, vacation of
easements, land use amendments, and code amendments.

The Planning and Zoning Commission makes decisions on:
preliminary plats, preliminary development plans, height exceptions, conditional
use site plans, site plan amendments, variances, and exceptions to the Subdivision
Regulations.
Decisions on these matters may be appealed to City Council.
The Planning and Zoning Commission's monthly meeting packet is available
