Purpose: Silver Meadows Townhomes Preliminary/Final PUD Development Plan and St. Vrain High School #4, Replat A with a Variance for lots without frontage on a public street for a 112 townhome development on 9.1 Acres

PZ: P/Z is the Decision Making Body and the P/Z’s action is final unless appealed within 7 days. If appealed, the City Council will review the appeal within 60 days of the appeal. This is a quasi-judicial proceeding.
