Location: Southwest corner of Emery Street and Ken Pratt Boulevard
Purpose: Lighting variance for a freestanding Circle convenience mart with 14 pump fueling station location at the southwest corner of Emery Street and Ken Pratt Boulevard
PZ: P/Z is the Decision Making Body and the P/Z’s action is final unless appealed within 7 days. If appealed, the City Council will review the appeal within 60 days of the appeal. This is a quasi-judicial proceeding.
