The following projects are public hearing items:
Location: North of Home Depot, west side of Hover Street
Purpose: Proposed annexation of 26 acres for regional commercial development. Annexation, zoning and concept plan for 26 acres for a proposed commercial use.
PZ: PZ makes a recommendation to the City Council who is the Decision Making Body on this application. The application has elements which
are both legislative and quasi-judicial elements and as such, should be treated as a quasi-judicial proceeding
7. Alkaline Hydrolysis Text Amendment, PZR 2012-14A, B, C, Senior Planner Ava Pecherzewski (2.70MB)
Location: City-Wide Code Amendment
Purpose: Land Development Code Text Amendment to allow Alkaline Hydrolysis uses in certain zoning districts in conjunction with funeral homes and veterinary hospitals.
PZ: PZ makes a recommendation to the City Council who is the Decision Making Body on this application. The application has elements which
are both legislative and quasi-judicial elements and as such, should be treated as a quasi-judicial proceeding
