Williams-Pennock House
403 Collyer Street

Mrs. J.W. Williams had this home built in 1901, and one year later, sold it to Ellen Coffin Pennock. Ellen C. Pennock, widow, was a valley pioneer, arriving in 1862. Her husband had been a farmer and served as town trustee from 1897-98. Ellen Pennock's facinating diary of those early days as a St. Vrain Valley pioneer is well known among historians.
