Master Plan & Work Underway

A neighborhood initiated master plan process was conducted in 2005. The resulting plan was approved by City Council and has been funded for a phased construction project. Phase 1 completed in 2007 included bridge replacements.

Phase 2 funded for 2008 includes a restroom replacement (now complete) and park amenities south of Longs Peak Avenue (new full size basketball court and community gathering space). Construction is now underway for Phase 2 work south of Longs Peak Avenue. Please respect barricades and signs. Look here for future phased construction projects! For project questions, contact Paula Fitzgerald, 303-651-8448.
