Alta Park- 10th & Alta

Alta Park is a pocket park on the corner of 10th Avenue and Alta Street. Originally developed in 1915, it was originally called North Longmont Park - testimony to the old boundaries of the city. North Longmont (north of 9th Avenue) was incorporated into the town in 1904, and annexed in 1913. This park is not reservable, it is first come, first served.

A half acre in size, this park has a picnic area and playground. (No restrooms or picnic shelter). Playground is handicap accessible.

Dogs allowed on leash, please pick up after your pet.
