Construction to Close Martin St. and 1st Ave. Intersection

JUNE 14, 2010 - Repairs to the railroad crossing on Martin Street, and removal and replacement of the pavement in the intersection of 1st Avenue and Martin Street require closing both Martin Street and 1st Avenue to thru traffic beginning Monday, June 14. Affected roads will remain closed through June 23.

Access to business along 1st Avenue from Main Street to Martin Street and along Martin Street from 3rd Avenue to 1st Avenue will remain open. All thru traffic that is east bound on 1st Avenue from Main Street and south bound on Martin Street from 3rd Avenue should observe the signage for Detour routing.
