Learn CPR and First Aid
Every year approximately 330,000 Americans die from heart disease. Because up to 80 percent of heart attacks occur in the home, you are most likely to need CPR for a family member or a loved one. You can learn CPR and First Aid from the Longmont Fire Department, but sign up early; classes fill fast. For more information visit www.ci.longmont.co.us/fire/education/cpr_class.htm or call 303-651-8437.
