The meeting will be held in City Council Chambers at 350 Kimbark St. with a presentation from newly appointed RTD General Manager Phillip Washington. RTD recently has released its Annual Program Evaluation (APE) for 2010. The new APE reflects new cost and tax revenue data for the FasTracks project passed in 2004.
