Upcoming Projects
2009 Projects:
The Art in Public Places Commission is currently selecting projects to initiate in 2009, and has it narrowed down to a few, which will be announced in mid-January.
On-going projects include:
- Longmont Airport Project scheduled installation: summer 2009
- Tribute to Teachers - collaboration with St. Vrain School District and St. Vrain Education Foundation - scheduled completion: spring 2009
- DiagonArt Project (Diagonal Highway just west of Hover Street) scheduled completion: spring 2010
- Longmont Humane Society Project - scheduled completion: fall 2009
- The 2010-2011 Call to Artists for Art on the Move will be posted in December, 2009. Please check back for more information.
