2011 Junior Golf League Information
League Play Schedule
- League play will be held each Monday from June 13th through August 8th. There will be no play on July 4th.
- Youth ages 5 through 17 will play at Sunset Golf Course.
- League play will begin at 8:00 a.m. for 5-9 year olds and 10:30 a.m. for 10-17 year olds.
- Check in will begin at 7:30 a.m. for 5-9 year olds and 10:00 a.m. for 10-17 year olds.
- An adult must accompany the junior golfer at check in each week until entry is assured.
- The green fee is $7 per shotgun start.
- Please provide your own clubs.
- A Parent/Child Golf Outing will be held on August 8th at 8:00 a.m.and 10:30 a.m.
Orientation Monday, June 13th
- League Orientations are Monday, June 13th at 7:30 a.m. for 5-9 year olds and 10:00 a.m. fo 10-17 year olds. Juniors and parents are strongly encouraged to attend.
- Topics covered include safety on the golf course, care of the greens, league procedures, league stroke play rules, golf etiquette and severe weather evacuation procedures.
Registration
- Registration begins on March 31st.
- The registration fee is $20 per player.
- 2011 Registration forms and Participation forms may be printed on your home printer. The completed forms may be taken to the course selected for play along with the registration fee.
- Packets containing registration forms for Junior Golf camps and league are also available at all three courses.
