Community Room Reservations

The Longmont Fire Department has two community rooms available for non-profit groups to hold meetings or training.  Social gatherings are not allowed.  Each room is available for use from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week.  Reservations can be made by calling 303-651-8437.  Reservations can be made six weeks in advance and are a first-come, first-served basis.

Effective January 1, 2013, there will be a $25 cleaning charge for each use of the room.  “Use“ is defined as partial day, full day, or evening usage. This charge is to off-set the cost of custodial services.

All scheduling, payments and access is managed by fire administration (303)651-8437.  The fire crews at the stations cannot schedule or provide access to the community rooms. For this reason, someone from your group will need to pick-up a key and pay the cleaning fee at 225 Kimbark St - 2nd floor.  This will ensure that your group is able to get in the community room area of the station.  Set up and tear down of the room are the users’ responsibility.

Locations:

Station 3 is located at 1000 Pace Street (northeast at 9th Ave. and Pace).

• Room capacity with chairs only is 55.  Both rectangular and round tables are available.
• Parking at this location is limited.  Parking and door are on the west side of the building.
• No internet, telephone or audio/visual equipment is available.  Blackout shades darken the windows.
• There are plenty of white boards with aluminum strips for posting flip chart size paper.

Station 5 is located at 617 Barberry Street (southwest at Airport and Nelson Road).

• Room capacity with chairs only is 50.  Both rectangular and round tables are available.
• Parking at this location is limited. This facility backs up to a shopping area.
• Door is located on the west side of building.
• No internet, telephone or audio/visual equipment is available.  Blackout shades darken the windows.
• Front of room has plenty of white boards with aluminum strips for posting flip chart size paper.
