Free Sales and Use Tax Seminar

The City of Longmont Sales and Use Tax Division will present a FREE seminar on Sales and Use Tax returns on Wednesdays during the following months:

• Wed. December 7, 2011

The seminar will be held from 12:00 pm to 1:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers (lower level) in the Longmont Civic Center located at at 350 Kimbark which is one block east of Main Street on 3rd Avenue (Highway 119).

Topics that will be discussed include:

• preparing forms painlessly
• when to collect/exempt sales tax
• when to accrue use tax
