Twin Peaks Mall Area

Previous public meetings were held on May 12, May 28, June 16, and July 10, 2008. These meetings are part of an urban renewal planning process that will assist the City in preparing a redevelopment plan for the Mall area. Continue checking here for future updates and/or meetings. Downtown Mixed-Use Facility

After several months of negotiating a design/build contract with Thistle Community Housing, the Longmont Downtown Development Authority (LDDA) decided to discontinue that effort because Thistle was unable to satisfy several items required by the City's purchasing policies.
