AGENDAS:
The Longmont City Council meets in a regular session on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month and in a study session the first and third Tuesdays of each month. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are held in the City Council Chambers, located in the Civic Center at 350 Kimbark Street, Longmont. The most current agenda is updated Friday afternoon before 5:00 p.m. and is available on-line through the menu listed in the frame to the left. UPCOMING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS:
Our intention is to provide the City Council Agenda and Packet on-line every Friday afternoon prior to the City Council meeting. However, due to any unforeseen technical difficulties this may not occur prior to the close of business on Friday at 5:00 p.m.
Formal minutes of the Regular Sessions are prepared by the City Clerk's office and available for viewing two weeks after the meeting date. If you would like copies of minutes from prior meetings, please contact the City Clerk's office via city_clerk's_staff@ci.longmont.co.us or by calling (303) 651-8649.
Formal minutes of Study Sessions are not kept. However, notes of these sessions are kept and can be obtained upon request at the address or phone number listed above. When requesting information about a Study Session, please provide us enough information to help us identify what part of the meeting you are interested in receiving notes about.
