Alcohol on Public Places, Licensing & Permits,

In certain circumstances, you may be able to obtain a permit to serve, sell, or distribute alcohol in a public location. Please consult the chart below to determine which forms and fees are required according to the details of your event. It is not permissible to have alcohol in a city park without a Use of Public Places and an Alcohol on Public Places permit.

(call Recreation Services at (303) 651-8404 to reserve a park, call the Clerk's Office for information about who to call for other facilities)

Provide proof of insurance with liability amounts of $150,000 per person and $600,000 per occurrence with liquor liability naming the City of Longmont as Additional Insured
