Election Committee, Election Information, City Clerk's Office

With the adoption of Ordinance O-2009-12, the Longmont City Council established an Election Commitee with the following responsibilities:

• Review all reports required to be filed by the Longmont Fair Campaign Practices Act
• Hear alleged violations of the Longmont Fair Campaign Practices Act
• Provide advice and make recommendations to the City Council and City Clerk on election and campaign finance issues
• Provide oversight of municipal elections when they are not coordinated with Boulder or Weld County

The Election Committee meets the third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 350 Kimbark Street.
