Event Planning at the Callahan House

Administrative Office Hours vary due to scheduled events. Messages are checked frequently throughout the day. Please feel free to leave a message at 303-776-5191, or correspond via e-mail at kathy.korpela@ci.longmont.co.us and the Event Coordinator will contact you.

Evening and weekend appointments to view this historic home and garden, and discuss your special event can be scheduled by request.

All arrangements for the use of the Callahan House will be made with the Event Coordinator. Kathy will help you customize your special event with the house and garden features in mind. The initial time-line and rental needs will be discussed at that time. The Event Coordinator will be present for set-up, the event, and clean-up to ensure a successful event.

They offer attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Their extensive menu, beautiful presentation and service with hospitality will make your special event memorable!
