Vance Brand Civic Auditorium Joint Operating Committee

The Vance Brand Civic Auditorium Joint Operating Committee (VBCAJOC) is comprised of seven (7) members selected as follows:

    Selected by the St. Vrain Valley School District Board (SVVSD)

• 1 member of the St. Vrain Valley School District RE-1J Board of Education
• 2 members of the School District's administration
• 1 citizen member from the community-at-large (two year term)

    Appointed by the Longmont City Council

• 1 member of the City administration
• 1 citizen member from the community-at-large (two year term)

    Selected by the Longmont Chamber of Commerce

• 1 citizen member from the community-at-large (two year term)

The purpose of the VBCAJOC is to provide auditorium facilities to the students of the district and to the community-at-large on a cooperative basis.  The primary function of the committee is to formulate necessary rules and regulations for the operation of the Vance Brand Civic Auditorium.
