Building Inspection

Building Inspection accepts credit cards for payment of building permit fees and licensing activities. There is a limit of $2000 per transaction (transactions cannot be split to meet this requirement.) We will accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards.
The Contractor License Renewal Period deadline was June 30, 2010. If you have not received your Renewal Form or correlating Study Guide appropriate for your type of license in, please call the Building Inspection Office at 303-651-8332.

located at the new Development Services Center at 385 Kimbark Street (in the old Museum building) and is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
