NOTE: All plans must be submitted in triplicate. Incomplete submittals cannot be logged into the computer. Plans will be reviewed in the order in which they are logged in. Plan review fees are required with submittal.

8. Statement of Special Inspections Required
9. one set of structural calculations is required and shall include:

10. Energy Code Certification-ComCheck E-Z.

11. Design Criteria-i.e., Snow load, soils info, floor loads, wind loads.

12. Material Specifications
13. Truss Engineering (where applicable)

MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS (Where Applicable)

  1. Fire Sprinkler and Alarm Plans are to be submitted directly the City of Longmont Fire Support Services, 385 Kimbark St., Longmont, CO (303) 651-8332.
  2. Plans and specification approvals are needed by the Health Department from Boulder County Health at (303) 441-1188 please click on the link to obtain forms and current regulations at Boulder County Health Department.
  3. Kitchen Plans, which shall include hood details, hood suppression system details, shaft details, equipment layout, seating plan, and grease trap calculation worksheet.
  4. Liquor Board Approval from the City Clerks Office (303) 651-8648
