Online Service Request Form, Solid Waste & Recycling

Please fill out the form below if you would like to contact us regarding Missed Collections, Broken or Lost Containers, Other Requests or Comments. Please note, we are unable to take the following requests using the online form: dumpster rental, large item pick-up, change in container size or any other request with billing implications.

All information in City databases is subject to the Open Records Act, including information submitted via this form. E-mails are checked several times per day, Monday-Friday and our policy is to respond to the customer via email within 1 business day. For an emergency, please dial 9-1-1 or Longmont Dispatch at (303) 651-8501. For other urgent requests that require assistance, please call the City Information Desk at (303) 776-6050, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
