| Location: Northeast corner of SH1119 and Weld County 3.5 |
| Purpose:
An annexation of 348 acres for a mixed use PUD with an LACP amendment. The development will contain commercial, residential and religious uses and the LACP amendment will identify the land uses for the property.
A preliminary plat and preliminary PUD development plan for 313 acres located at the northeast corner of Colorado State Highway 119 and Weld County Road 3.5. The application proposes 317 single family homes and 5 blocks for future commercial and religious development. The proposal requests exceptions to the subdivision regulations for lots without street frontage and height exceptions to allow for heights of 45, 55, 60 and 70 feet on parts of the commercial and religious areas and 35 feet on the residential area north of the railroad tracks.
A preliminary PUD development plan on 2 lots and 12.4 acres, for a 160,000 square foot structure that would accommodate the proposed ProAction Area (130,000 sq.ft.) and a temporary facility for the LifeBridge Christian Church (30,000 sq.ft.). |
P/Z actions:
Annexation, Zoning, Concept Plan, Longmont Area Comprehensive Plan (LACP) Amendment
P/Z makes a recommendation to the City Council who is the Decision Making Body on these applications. The applications have elements which are both legislative and quasi-judicial elements and as such, should be treated as a quasi-judicial proceeding.
Preliminary Plat, PUD Development Plan with Exceptions to the Subdivision Regulations, Height Exceptions and PUD Filing One
P/Z is the Decision Making Body and the P/Z’s action is final unless appealed within 7 days. If appealed, the City Council will review the appeal within 60 days of the appeal. This is a quasi-judicial proceeding.

| Purpose: Proposed development for a 3,600 square foot building for an auto repair/towing operation with short term storage of inoperable vehicles business use |
P/Z action:
P/Z is the Decision Making Body and the P/Z’s action is final unless appealed within 7 days. If appealed, the City Council will review the appeal within 60 days of the appeal. This is a quasi-judicial proceeding.
